School Involvement – Start the Conversation

We invite your school or campus community to take part in Green Shirt Day on April 7th and help spark meaningful conversations about organ donation. Inspired by Logan Boulet’s decision to become an organ donor, Green Shirt Day is a powerful reminder that one conversation can save lives.

To encourage these discussions, we ask students, teachers, and staff to wear green shirts on or before April 7th. Wearing green is a simple yet powerful way to start the conversation—giving students and educators an opportunity to ask, learn, and share the impact of organ donation.

We also encourage schools and post-secondary institutions to:
💬 Incorporate organ donation discussions into classroom lessons, school assemblies, or student group meetings
🎤 Host a speaker or panel featuring transplant recipients, donor families, or medical professionals
📢 Share stories from students and staff who have personal connections to organ donation
📱 Use social media & school platforms to spread awareness and encourage students to talk with their families

By fostering open discussions, we can inspire action, encourage informed decisions, and create a culture of giving. Thank you for joining us in starting the conversation and making a difference!
